LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our group is managed through well-qualified and experienced personnel in all areas including engineering, finance and administration This has prompted the proficient and compelling working of the group.
Mr. Amrish Agarwal, Chairman of the group, joined the team in the year 1969 and from that point forward he has been firmly connected with the business and is a significant strength in the completion of several projects. With the wholesome experience of 52 years in the industry, he is overall in charge of the group, looking after the finance and expansion programs.
Mr. Ashish Agarwal, The Managing Director, accompanied the group in 1995 and is looking after Taxation, Legal, Administration and technical approvals for the group projects.
Mr Akhil Agarwal, Jt. Managing Director began working with the group in 2000 and is taking care of the Construction Division of the Group Companies. He is accountable for afficiancy and timely completion of the projects.
As rightly said by Jim Collins, 'If you have right people seated on right seats, on your bus then it is surely going to go someplace great.' The group's most prized assets are its people. A highly motivated team of qualified and experienced construction managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors form the backbone of the group. Every employee beginning with the Chairman holds themself responsible for the quality of the final product as quality is a team effort. The willingness of the group's dedicated workforce, to go the extra mile to deliver quality, has been a key factor in enabling the company to forge lasting bonds with thousands of satisfied customers.
Our team of Engineers stand equally when it comes to offering their best. We have a highly qualified team of Engineers with vast and varied experience supported by a highly trained technical and commercial workforce numbering more than 150. Support functions like HR, Finance, Accounts, Business Development, QA and Procurement are independently focused departments catering to the specific needs of the company.
Training hones skills and guides individual performances to team achievements. At Agarwal Group, there is a strong focus on training at all levels to all personnel. The construction activities carried out by the company are thoroughly complemented by regular training and skill enhancement program's, especially to lead the associates to align their work standards with the company's safety, health and environmental policies.
